How to Meditate & Become Spiritually Aware

Deeper states of meditation, spirituality, kundalani, samadhi, etcetera do not come at a person’s will. It comes by itself, when it has to come.

You can do bhajans, mantra chanting, or try to meditate, etc. to begin with. Gradually, try stopping your thoughts while meditating. You can do this by concentrating on the present moment and activity. Like concentrate on breath, or look for white light in between your eyes while your eyes are closed in meditation. Etcetera.

As a human being you should also focus on purifying your heart and mind, servicing other people, and not think much about yourself. You have to love everyone and tell them the truth.

When you become a pure, loving soul, with little or no attachment left for maya, it is only then that kundalani, samadhi, etc are attained naturally by itself.

It happens suddenly while you are doing nothing different on day to day basis. But over time, you have changed yourself immensely.

But this is not easy. In fact, its impossible for most of us.
